We are delighted to announce that Talgat Nurlybayev, Executive Director of the Internet Society Kazakhstan Chapter, has successfully completed the Internet Society Community Fellowship Program 2025 – a prestigious capacity-building initiative designed to develop the next generation of internet leaders worldwide.
Throughout the program, Talgat engaged in comprehensive training covering internet governance, policy advocacy, technical standards, and community development. He participated in global ISOC events, collaborated with fellows from around the world, and gained invaluable insights that will directly strengthen the chapter’s strategic direction and community initiatives.
This achievement reflects not only Talgat’s personal dedication and leadership, but also the Kazakhstan Chapter’s broader commitment to continuous learning and active participation in the global internet community.
